It has 2 placards showing all the different exercises.The M5 hasa Chest PressShoulder Press with Dual Pad Adjustable Seats,it is extremely smooth and quiet with different angles, just move the seat at different angles to create the different movements, it also has a rowing movement.There are free motion handles for the PecFly Unit. The Leg Attachment has many adjustments for leg movements. It has a Preacher Curl with locking mechanism for leg support. A Lat Pulldown, Hyper Extension, High MidLow Pulley for Lateral Raises, Shoulders or Bicep Curls also Calf Raises. All in all this is a Superb Gym.
