WaterRower A1 Studio rowing machine is a commercial grade, state of the art machine made from premium wood including American Ash frame with Honey Oak Stain and Danish Oil finish to add a bit of warmth to the appearance. The machine is capable of recreating an upmost natural rowing motion similar to one on a real boat, incredibly smooth and silent. Rowing on the A1 activates up to 84% of all muscle groups in the body including upper and lower ones. It's great for building up exceptional resistance and endurance, completely replacing general cardiovascular workouts, and it's excellent for losing excess pounds and trimming the silhouette. The workout and motion is completely based on a 17 litre patented WaterFlywheel which is self regulated and provides indefinitely variable resistance making each training interesting and comfortable even for beginners. The machine features an ergonomic seat which slides smoothly during workout directly on a durable mono rail made of aluminium. Also, with a user friendly, quick start LED display, all essential information can be swiftly checked, this includes Stroke rate, total strokes, duration, distance intensity and calories. Summing up, the WaterRower is a splendid machine for compact workouts if one is looking for a relaxing, complex training for full body in a highly comfortable fashion.

A well built machine that takes some of the tedium ... By: Simo106, on May 17, 2018 Pros: Cons: "A well built machine that takes some of the tedium of indoor exercise away. However the seller took much longer to deliver than promised and blamed the manufacturer, not sure if that was fair or just an excuse. |

We love this machine By: anita keates, on December 13, 2014 Pros: Cons: "We love this machine, albeit we have only had it a few weeks. We asked a neighbour to help us put it together. Otherwise it is relaxing and can be used even by us 'old relics' for 10 mins. twice each day. We are already feeling the benefit as we slowly build up what we manage. Although expensive it is far cheaper than membership of a fitness club and it does not matter if it is snowing outside, exercise can still be done. A good buy and will pay for itself in 6-12 months. |
