WOW !! By: Veronika Simonova, on May 15, 2014 Pros: Cons: "I have bought this roller because I've seen youtube video with one guy using exactly the same one! You might find it odd, but I wasn't sure which one to buy so I've checked as many products as possible. This thing is keeping me away from my chiropractor, it is great for thoracic spine extension, rhomboid static release, I use it mainly as back warm up to fix my shoulder blade. You won't be dissapointed with this roller, unfortunately I can't comment on full body roll, because I don't use it that way. |
