Decided on these instead of sand-filled alternatives as they are smaller and will last a lifetime. The discs can also be used on longer bars, so they are versatile. Very flexible combinations are possible given the range of weights in this set, so both me and my girlfriend can use them. The knurled bars are pretty tough on the hands though, so would recommend a good set of weightlifting gloves (I just use an old pair of padded cycling gloves). very quick deliver... |
