York Fitness FTS Power Cage

The York FTS Power Cage offers all the same usability as a standard commercial lifting cage or rack, but has been down sized so it can be used in a smaller environment. It has 23 position adjustable bar holders at 5cm increments. Using the same adjustments are full length safety spot bars for safe squatting and bench pressing. Double bar holders on the front uprights allows a secondary athlete to train in front of the gage whilst the inside is being used.
