I have it set up with a 5ft heavy bag, brilliant for practising kicks. Seriously too short to jab at but you can practise body hooks nicely. |

The stand itself took me less than an hour to construct and comes with its own tools for assembly. However, I’d suggest using your own tools if you have them to save time and to ensure the bolts etc are as secure as possible. Once assembled, the stand itself is easy enough to fold down for storage or to adjust the height. Both of these functions... |
