Invaluable. Not sure what I would do if I lost it. By: LeoCooper120515, on May 3, 2014 Pros: Cons: "I train heavily during the week, and with instruction from my coach I have begun using it twice a day to try and keep my muscles from knotting themselves to ruin. It certainly seems to do the job. I normally have ITB issues, and a lot of knots in my back and lats as I'm a swimmer, and using this has definitely helped.
