Excellent but faulty back piece By: michael, on January 27, 2016 Pros: Cons: "This cage is extremely solid and definitely gives safe spotting for squats, bench press, and gives a place to rack the barbell for exercises such as overhead press and others. The pull up and dip bars are the stars of the show and are extremely sturdy and varied for many exercises. The back horizontal top support contains two holes which I have used for hanging my heavy punching bag which gives an added dimension to the cage.
