Lonsdale Spar Partner Freestanding Punch Dummy

The Lonsdale Spar Partner freestanding punch dummy can be used as any other punch bag and enables you to practise punches whilst improving aim for particular areas of the body. It features EVA foam bonded torso and head and offers 3 height adjustable settings approximately 5ft 152.4cm, 5ft6in 167.6cm and 6ft 182.9cm. The punch dummy has a base that can be filled with water or sand to ensure greater stability.
