Junk By: John Malcolm Burton, on February 8, 2016 Pros: Cons: "Junk After purchasing this unit I received it in kit form. It took 4 hours to put it together. The computer would not work. I contacted Nordic and they sent a new unit. It took 2.5 hours to put together. After a few months the left leg broke. It took ages to cobtact Nordic but finally they sent out an engineer who (no fault of hs) had the wrong part. I had to wait another six weeks for a replacement part and for the engineer to fix it. dreadfull piece of equipment!!! By: Msconroy, on July 27, 2014 Pros: Cons: "Bought this from Norditrack in March of this year, two cross trainers later we have used them a total of 6 times. On both machines, the left roller keeps coming off the track making the machine dangerous and unusable. Nordictrack have refused to send out an engineer. The first time this happened we had to tell them what was wrong via engineer diagrams and they sent the wrong thing to the engineer. The second time it happened they emailed us and told us to unscrew certain parts 'shake them a bit' and... |
