Frost, on January 16, 2009 Pros: Cons: "I have been looking for a decent weight bench for months, and i am glad i found this; what a very good piece of kit. Very strong frame and well made. The seat adjusts and slides back and forward allowing for different height angles of the back rest. Very good padding on seat and back rest, better than some gyms have. One bit of advice, who ever wrote the assembly instructions needs shooting.Put a good hour & 1/2 aside along with a few spanners, as the one included is no good. Also, i purchased a 6ft 6" bar... |
